Parking situation is confusing, requiring a long walk!!! Check-in experience needs to improve, as desk staff are often overwhelmed with guest requests!!! Housekeeping standards are lacking, with unclean carpets and dirty balconies!!!

It was just a nice choice for a short break in Golden Sands with good price-quality ratio. The indoor pool was perfect for our child, making it easy to relax during our stay. Bring some snacks as dining options were hit or miss.

the staff truly made our stay special with their warm smiles and helpfulness. spa treatments were fantastic too (loved the full body massage! ). walking distance to the beach and lush greenery around added to the experience.

The double room with a balcony and side sea view was absolutely stunning! I loved the spacious layout, which included two bathrooms—a rarity that made family life so much easier. Plus, the indoor pool was a hit with the little one, perfect for a family-friendly getaway.

Had a lovely time with the big room and enjoyed the 24/7 bar service. The indoor pool was perfect for our little one, and we also took advantage of the spa services which were a nice treat. Just a heads up that the parking can be a bit tricky, but it didn't ruin our stay! 😊

What a topsy-turvy stay! The staff were proper lovely, always smiling and helpful, made me feel right at home. The sea view from my studio was a treat, can’t complain about that! But parking was a bit of a muddle, had to hoof it a fair distance.

The sea view from my balcony was exceptional, making each morning feel special. The hotel's architecture is impressive and offers a sense of spaciousness throughout. I appreciated having two bathrooms in my room, making it convenient for the family to get ready.
I did notice the cleanliness of the carpets and balcony could be improved.
